Team Logistics 

Arrival time is from 1pm - 8pm on Friday May 20th.
 
Load out is after 8pm on May 21st, if you need to be out of the gate before then, please let us know NOW.
 
Turn in times:  Saturday May 21
11:00 am Pork
12:00 pm Brisket
1:00 pm Chicken
2:00 pm Ribs  
The festival will be open to the public from 11am until 8pm on Saturday May 21. During all of that time the public will be buying tastes from you or other vendors/teams (or until you run out of food)
 
Arriving or departing the contest site (even on foot) will be difficult during certian times.
 
Please have your fire extinguishers with you and visible near your fire at all times.
 
Health inspections will occur from 8am - 10am Sat. May 21. We will review all of the pain points in the our next email and at the cooks meeting.
