Public Attendance

Have a taste of real, authentic BBQ prepared by competition level pitmasters. Competition BBQ pitmasters cook a lot of food considering they need only six samples for each of the four categories - Chicken, Ribs (pork), Pork (shoulder), and Beef brisket.

They will turn in their six best samples of each of these categories which leaves a lot of BBQ available for public sampling - though the very best bits were sent to the judges, the public samplings are best BBQ you can get anywhere. Please plan on attending.
